Shipping Orders are usually shipped within hours (when received by 3pm) or within 24 hours during normal business days. U.S. domestic shipping can take 3-5 business days, but generally most customers receive their order in 2 days. We now offer Flat Rate Shipping to any State, just $5.60 for the first item and $1.00 per additional item. During checkout, this website will calculate real-time shipping rates based on USPS and UPS current shipping standards. Typically the United States Postal Service is the least expensive method of shipping for our customers. We do not ship C.O.D..
International Orders Currently we dont ship outside the United States.
Returns We can only accept returns of defective or improperly shipped merchandise. No other returns will be accepted. All other items will be concidered trade-ins. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date on the packing slip. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the same condition with all original packaging and contents as when purchased. To return or exchange an item, please contact us first at service@thegamersnetwork.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items without a valid RMA number will be considered trade-ins and subject to our trade-in policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the reason for a return is due to our error, please contact us for a shipping credit.
